Trunks

Trunks is a 17-month youngster (as of June, 2026) who came to us with his male Doberman kennelmate from an animal shelter, so we kenneled them together when they arrived here as well.  They were in fairly close quarters and there was never a cross word between them.  Therefore we felt comfortable placing Trunks with another dog (a smallish female), and that lasted four days until he became aggressive to her.  She had displayed from the outset that she didn't like him.  On the positive side, Trunks was good with kids, good off leash, a good watchdog, and not destructive.  He’s also been well behaved towards larger dogs during his time with us. He's average size at about 65 pounds.
