Sparkle

Sparkle is a new little girl whose name fits her perfectly.  She's about 17 months old as of mid-June 2026, and she's petite at 46 pounds.  We immediately kenneled Sparkle with a pair of young males when she arrived, and she's obviously comfortable with them and seems to enjoy their company.  We noted a minor irregularity in one rear leg and foot; the cause is unknown but it's thoroughly healed and she uses it normally.  Sparkle was picked up as a stray dog running lose in California's central valley and was unclaimed by her owner, which typically means it wasn't her choice to be a stray....
