Pepperjack

Pepperjack is a little guy in the 16-pound range that is probably Pomeranian-Longhaired Chihuahua, and he's about 6 years old. He came to us from a distant animal shelter, luckily for him, because we rescued a Doberman from that shelter right then and he got to hitch a ride due to our having virtually no small dogs for adoption. Pepperjack is initially a bit of a chicken with people and situations he isn't familiar with, and he can be slightly defensive until he understands good intentions and then gives his heart. He is kenneled with a Chihuahua mix, and she is the boss.
