Mowgli was a beloved favorite at his animal shelter who held him until he could be rescued. He’s an all natural youngster who loves tennis balls and play time more than anything. He had a rough transition coming to a new place and we could tell that fear was the reason for his defensive behavior. He was good with us but socially strained with other dogs. We partnered him with two very patient dogs who allowed him the time and space to settle in and work through some bratty behavior. He has improved massively and he has met a few other dogs now without incident. He will need slow introductions to other dogs or perhaps a home where constant public interactions aren’t expected of him. He would live best with a large female who loves to play. Mowgli is about 1-2 years old.
