Mother Teresa

This sweet girl came to us with the name Mother Teresa, a name she doesn’t know. She’s about 4 years old and her gentle, affectionate and social nature is easy to be around. She did come to us heartworm positive which is uncommon in California. We opted for the slow treatment since the other option is wildly expensive and a little more dangerous. Since she arrived and gained some weight she hasn’t shown any signs of illness so she’s been reacting to treatment really well. She can easily continue with the rest of it in a loving home so we are making her available for adoption and we hope she gets snatched up soon!

(She was just spayed when her photos were taken which is why she has a shaved patch on her front leg and her belly is shaved.)
