Ludwig

Ludwig is a dog who is probably lucky to have escaped the life he once had.  He has numerous scars and is somewhat reactive to handling and fast movements around his head and handling around his rear quarters.  For this reason we're not recommending him for a home with younger kids, whose play is not always gentle.  It's our belief that Ludwig can overcome his past and bond well with a new person or couple that will be patient with him to build his trust.  Our breed is particularly oriented to pleasing their master and we expect he will respond well to positive reinforcement for good behavior.  He's about 4 years old and weighs 77 pounds.
