Cindy Lou

Cindy Lou is a sweet girl who came to us with a broken front leg.  That’s where her healing sage began and a year later, ended with her being a tripod. A metal plate was placed in her leg to stabilize her bones but we noticed an infection brewing one year post-surgery. Unfortunately, her bone started growing around the metal plate, bending it and causing major issues in her leg. She spent over a month in the hospital while they tried to save her leg but ultimately, the best thing for her was to amputate. She is a happy, active, athletic tripod with a heart of gold and it doesn’t slow her down one bit. She would do best in a home with a yard so she can run around and play vs go on monotonous walks. She lives happily with large male dogs but we haven’t had the same luck with female dogs or littles. She is around 3 years old, ready to play and ready to snuggle!
