Blanca

This leggy angel is Blanca and she’s been with us for several weeks already since she needed to gain some lbs before she could be spayed. She is a white dobie so before we get into her personality, we must encourage potential adopters to do their research about the needs of dogs with her coloring. Her eyes are sensitive to light so eyewear like @rexspecsk9 are encouraged, and they are very prone to skin cancer/melanomas so regular vet visits and skin care are a big part of their life. Blanca is good with most other medium/large dogs (we have not tested her with little dogs) but she doesn’t care for cats and she will chase them. She is super sweet with people and very sensitive so a gentle owner or family would be ideal for her. She will need regular exercise since she’s still a young adult but a yard with room for her zoomies would be wonderful. The shelter aged her at 1 year old but we don’t think that’s accurate and she’s probably closer to 2-3.
