Alfie

Alfie is a cute, cuddly little guy who was given up by his owner because of his reactivity to other dogs when being walked.  Interestingly, both in her care and in ours, he's great with other dogs that he's in with.  We assume that Alfie thought his owner needed protecting from other dogs or people, so a confident, knowledgeable owner should be able to handle this. He hasn’t shown any of that behavior since settling in with us and easily lets other dogs approach on walks In other respects, he's a delight:  good with kids, not destructive, housebroken, and fun-loving.  Alfie is 3 years old and weighs about 20 pounds.
