Raider is a 5-year-old Dobie whose owners reluctantly had to surrender him to an animal shelter because they had to move to an apartment that didn't allow him there. They contacted us after we had already committed to rescuing him, raving about how wonderful a dog he is; housebroken, lived with kids and a Chihuahua, well-behaved. Our experience with Raider has been that he's a bit dog-selective, probably related to kennel stress. We would like to see this dog get back to a regular family life so he can live his best life.
