Nuba

Nuba was rescued at a park with a leg injury and a lot of parasites in January, 2026.  She spent 3 months at a shelter and was kenneled with three other dogs, so she is dog-social.  The shelter staff said she was very human-centered, and she was fostered for a time in a frat house with college students, so it's known that she is crate-trained and pretty well housebroken.  Nuba loves belly rubs and food, and though she rips up her toys, she has not chewed on furniture or other household items as long as she has gotten her daily exercise.  She's 1 year old (as of May, 2026) and she weighs just over 50 pounds.
