Chica

Chica may be the smallest dog our organization has ever rescued.  We think she would be best suited to living in an apartment because, due to her size, most fences wouldn't be secure enough, as well as the risk of her falling prey to an owl or raven.  Chica will probably need a single owner, most likely a woman, because she's fearful of people and things larger than she is, which of course is almost everyone and everything.  Once gaining trust of her person, she cuddles into that person and lavishes kisses on their face.  Her adopter will have to be patient and allow her time to decompress and trust without having demands placed on her.  Chica weighs 3.5 pounds and she's about 2 years old.
